Bed and Breakfast prices are per person, per night:

  2 nights 3+ nights 7+nights
  Room 1 ..................................................£32.50 £30.00 £27.50
  Room.. 2 & 3 ............................................... £40.00 £37.50 £35.00
  Single person occupancy ................................ £50.00 £45.00 £40.00

Single night stays are subject to availability.

Dog supplement: £3 per dog per night to a maximum of £20 per party per visit

Rooms 2 & 3 are south-facing with a view of Helvellyn.
Room 1 is Norh West facing with a view of Blencathra.
 
Rooms are available after 1pm On Day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

A non-returnable deposit equivalent to the first nights stay is required when making firm bookings.

Cancellations - We reserve the right to make full charge for cancellations within 14 days of arrival if the rooms cannot be re-let.
