Single night stays are subject to availability.

Single person occupancy of a double room -

  Standard Rooms 1 & 4 - £45 pnt

  Superior Rooms - £50 pnt

Dog supplement: £3 per dog per night to a maximum of £20 per party per visit

  Front rooms (2,3,6,7) are south-facing with a view of Helvellyn.

  Side room (1) is east-facing with a view of Blencathra

  Side room (4) is west-facing with view over the farmyard

All prices include VAT at current rate.

Rooms Are Available After 1pm On Day Of Arrival And Must Be

Vacated By 10.30am On Day Of Departure.

A non-returnable deposit equivalent to the first nights stay is required when making firm bookings.
