Room 5
A recently refurbished ground floor single room at the side of the house. This room has a generous single bed and the benifit of a coulour TV. There is a restricted view of the elevated rear garden.
Room 6
A ground floor room in our newly converted barn with views across the valley towards High Rigg and the Helvellyn range. This is a standard double room but with the additional benefit of a colour TV and an external front door.
Room 7
A large ground floor room in our newly converted barn with views over the valley towards High Rigg and the Helvellyn range. This room has the additional benefit of a large seating area with colour TV, an external door leading to a small patio area and full disabled facilities including internal access to the main house. The sleeping accommodation is flexible - being either twin beds or a ‘super king’.

Room 8
A large ground floor room in our newly converted barn with views over the valley towards High Rigg and the Helvellyn range. This room has the additional benefit of a large seating area with colour TV, an external door leading to a small patio area. The sleeping accommodation is flexible - being either twin beds or a ‘super king’. Access is via a private external door however there is no internal access to the main house. There is an additional small room to the rear of your accommodation where there is a fridge, microwave and dinning table.
Please note this room is only available to people with mutiple dogs.
