Breakfast room

In 2008 we extended the premises into the adjoining stone barn.
The new accommodation includes a breakfast room and kitchen which are situated on the first floor accessed via a staircase. Alternative dining arrangements can be made for less mobile guest in the rooms or quiet lounge.
New bedrooms include four ’self contained’ ground floor double/twin bedrooms (rooms 6,7,9 & 10)

These new ground floor double rooms are en-suite and south-facing and have their own external entrance door and lounge area. They also have slate floors that are tolerant of muddy boots or paws and are warm to the touch thanks to under-floor heating in rooms 6 & 7.
